Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of StrategyTools, operated by BA VENTURE in Latvia. By using strategytools.app, you agree to these terms.

The service

StrategyTools provides interactive business strategy, analysis, prioritization, and decision-support tools. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the service develops.

Accounts and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and back up that information so we can provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person's rights, or use outputs to make decisions where an error could cause serious harm without appropriate independent review.

Third-party integrations, including Google

Connecting a third-party account is optional and separate from signing in. You must have permission to access any account, property or site you connect. Each user authorizes their own Google Analytics 4 properties and Search Console sites and selects resources for their projects. Current Google metric permissions are read-only: analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. Google sign-in may separately use openid, email and profile.

We use connected Google data to display and refresh your own project and board metrics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own terms also apply to your use of its services. We are not Google and do not guarantee its availability, reporting accuracy or continued API access.

Disconnect a resource in Settings, My connections, Business data to remove that saved connection and its synced metrics. To revoke Google authorization, also visit Google account permissions. Revocation and deletion are different actions; saved board copies and exports may remain until separately deleted. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Additional integrations, including Google Ads, Business Profile, Merchant Center or YouTube, may be offered later. These terms do not authorize access to them. We will describe their permissions and update the Privacy Policy and consent flow before requesting additional Google access. You are responsible for the access you grant external assistants to your boards.

AI and decision support disclaimer

StrategyTools outputs are general information and decision-support suggestions, not professional legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other regulated advice. AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking outputs and making your own decisions.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes, refunds, and cancellation rights are handled according to the applicable offer and law.

Intellectual property

The StrategyTools service, software, branding, and original content are owned by BA VENTURE or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and on an as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, BA VENTURE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
